Any way I can identify what year my zip cadet kart is? Can it by identified by the zip number stamped on the chassis ?

Indeed Adam, check the chassis plate. Also that has a 2 Stroke Comer W60 on it, not to be confused with a 4 Stroke Honda engine which you may see alot more of ;) (y)

So from the chassis number how do I know the year or do I contact zip ?

If I remember with older stuff you could tell by a homolgated number on tag. However I think it's changed with the newer stuff. You maybe have to check the number with the manufacturer/Zip.

It looks like a Storm (so pre 12 as previous post I think) as the pod bars do not attach at 90 degrees to the rails. Used to be good, so OK to start on. Get it jigged to make sure its straight but it won't be eligible for any MSUK racing.
