I'm building my first buggy - newbie. I've a new 6.5hp Honda GX clone engine. It has a centrifugal clutch. The drive shaft is 20mm and has a keyway fitting.

No one can tell me what I need in term of sprockets to go onto the shaft. I've contacted a number of sellers of these engines - there are lots out there - but they say they only know engines, not how to fit them (!)

Do I need a wet clutch sprocket? If so I can only find 22mm bore, not 20mm. I don't need a centrifugal clutch setup, the engine comes with this.

Can someone tell me what I need and where I can find it?! Ultimately I'm after a 17T 428 pitch, but wonder if I should be looking at something else as no one seems to know. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! I have no clue about Honda/Cadet setup in all honesty.

I found this on KartPartsUK.

Maybe give them a call?

Failing that try Lee at NextKarting, though I don't know if he does Honda spares.

Thanks, will give a call, although I don't think I need the clutch assembly. I've also just found a 20mm bore sprocket at Gemini Karting so giving them a call too.
