Hi Pete welcome to the forum!

The chassis is of a well know brand however the whole package is quite old. From the body work I'd say between 2000 - 2010. Don't think you'll find any current series where it would be compliant. Maybe worth ÂŖ500 as a maximum?

However you can for sure take it to an owners practice day at your local circuit to see if you boy likes Karting.

The 4 stroke Honda Cadet class is for ages between 8 and 13. There is also the IAME Cadet class which is a two stroke engine. Both a relevant class today!

Find what is mainly run at your local club and pop down to take a look! (y) :)

Hi all, so i decided to sell the WTP Kart, then took my lad to an arrive and drive at our local indoor track, turns out he loved it and wants to go weekly, but its EXPENSIVE !!, so i think we will do a few training sessions, the local track do a 2 weekly kadet session in the summer holidays which includes 45 mins track time some classroom work and lunch for ÂŖ38 a session, which i think is ok, my question is what kart to buy and where from, evilbay seems to be a fortune for basket cases ,

Cheers

Pete
