Technical What do I need to move to a OTK BSD brake?

Hi all,

Currently using a SA2 brake on an 2019ish chassis. However, the calliper has some nasty grooves where the pads edges rub. I could grind down, or perhaps fill the grooves with epoxy or similar but its probably preferable to replace the calliper. We are using a 206mm x 16mm disk.

If I get a new BSD calliper, what other bits do I need to fit it? Do I need to go with a smaller disk, or can I use the current disk (Ihave three so reluctant to move to the smaller one for cost reasons), but with, I think, the correct spacer on the existing mount?

Or should I just try and find a new SA2 (or decent 2nd hand) replacement?

In answer to my own question and after talking to the OTK importer....

* File down the grooves, it's not a problem!
* When moving to the BSD, if using the SA2 with the large disk, then no need for a spacer, it should just bolt on as the mount bracket is already designed for the 206mm disk.
* You should only need the spacer if moving from a small disk to the large one
