As Christmas is nearly here and so is 2021, what are we all doing Karting related for the rest of the year?

Good news that tracks can stay open, excpet some races still getting axed. Maybe some test days? Maintenance int he down time? Changing class?

I’ll still be working at club100 as a fleet test driver.

My son will be moving up from Bambino’s to Cadets. (Moves up in October but not 7 till next week so can’t race till January 1st)

We've pretty much closed down for the winter. I'm just finishing off a long language course and the kids are just about to finish school for Xmas.

Glad to be able to have got 3 race meetings out at Llandow. Pretty much the only track time we've had but more than we thought.

Harri's outfit is ready to rock and roll given that it had had a rebuild late this year. As for me, we're looking at refreshing some of the kit with a rebuild and seeing what we've got left over...

Merry Xmas everyone!

Not much really, got a meeting on the 27th and moving up for next year. Probably try and get some driver training in for those that want to get out over the break and that's about it. Got to run some engines in as well so I'll be out at some point I guess.

My race at Bayford on the 20th was cancelled so I've managed to book a practice day in on the 27th. I've got 2 friends that race in the mini 7s that want to do some winter practice...Hopefully they can return the favour when their season starts.
Hoping to upgrade my frame to a 019 or 20 over the new year so that gives me some time to get everything transfered over.

I've never done bayford..... looked at the gates when we were at Buckmore for the British a few years ago...lol
Whats the mini 7s?
The rebuild/swap will be a nice thing to do over the break, no rushing and time to make sure it's all 100%

I really enjoy bayford, There's a lot of flowing corners and I seem to suit it.
I do enjoy all the prep work...Sometimes more than racing lol.
The mini 7s are classic mini racing, there unbelievably fast for a mini and the racing is great, they supported the BTCC round at brands this year, was a great weekend.

Haha!!
I think the mini challenge has replaced the clio cup on the TOCA tour this year, an expensive version of bumper cars 🤣🤣.
The old minis are like big karts to be honest... a lot of fun, Andrew Jordan won the championship this year and said he had no plans to go back to BTCC, he's having too much fun. Hopefully if I have a good season I might get a run in their winter championship next year 🤞.

:ROFLMAO:, well a few of them are from Honda Cadets, when it wasn't an Andrex class...

Hope you get the chance to do their winter champs (y)
