does any of you know if there is a program, where you can design your own stickers for helmet?

Photoshop is perfect for graphics design. You can then save your design to the spec the printing firm require. They usually can offer templates too. I use these guys for stickers...

However full on helmet "wraps" I'm not sure. Best just to get some ideas down and give those to a helmet painter!
