Technical Rotax 125 chain

And if u change to smaller or bigger sprockets do u need a different size chain every time

Ok will do thanks . I have a 88t sprocket on with 12t engine sprocket. It’s a rotax 125 senior max . Where u based and what tracks do u use
We are Essex based and usually run at Bayford Meadows with a 12/87 with a Senior Max Evo. Take note of your maximum revs, want to keep it approx' 14k rpm max ideally.

With a 112 link chain I have tried 85,86,87,88 and 89.

That track looks brilliant and it’s only 1 hour away from me I might have to come up and meet u and show u the kart because I think I’m a little out my depth with this lol . How do u find out what my max rpm is

What chain do u use for a 12t and 87t sprocket

Yh no worries, pop down on a test day/race day and see what we are up to. Round 3 is tomorrow! I'm not the best person to grab tech advice from, but I get by. You'll need the likes of a Mychron or Alfano data logger. New or 2nd hand will do you fine and you don't need to spend £400 on the latest model.

12/87 we use a 112 link chain. DID chains and Talon sprockets. You can however get cheaper, which are no issues if you are testing/playing.

It’s a 112 chain or a 108 I will have to check what it is
