Anybody had any drive time on the two and can compare each tyre?

Mojo costs £175 and Maxxis £130. So I assume there is gona be some difference?

Maybe @GPchris98 ?

We haven't ran them to be honest...but the mojo would be faster but the wear rate higher.
Only way it would be fair is to all be on same tyre. Some tested them and said the maxxis were close... but close isn't good enough when your chasing lap time.

Thanks for the reply Chris! I thought as much tbh. Our first meeting this year was R3 which was our first time out in the wet for about 15 years, Kart felt good on the Mojos. I didn't want to upset things and go Maxxis and be worse off time wise.

I need another set and was toying with the idea of the Maxxis, but ended up going for another set of Mojo W5's. But I am expecting a call from Maria at Dartford on Monday saying they are out of stock, but we'll see. Mojo's seem like black gold atm...?

Just thinking Bayford may switch to solely Maxxis next year?

Dartford phoned this morning, been out of stock 3 months. Should have stock next month but no guarantee at all.

Ended up getting a new set off eBay for £200.

What w5s??!!!
Yep! :( Thought I'd rather pay a bit more and get W5 as we already have a set, didn't want to get a different tyre.
I've run the SWL's they are about 3 tenths slower than mojos
Handy to know there is for sure a difference. I need them 3 tenths on you lads ;)
