He looks good and confident in academy on a wednesday, I thought I’d test him by going straight to juniors instead of rookie race, see how he goes.

Hi, he had his first academy race today, he’s beating himself up because he was 2/3 seconds behind everyone else. He’s been told by Bayford he done well as most of the lads been going for over a year

My lad started in Bayford junior academy.... he was 11 everyone had been driving longer. He was also couple seconds off first time..
That was 2014...
2018 he was subaru champion and still holds the lap record for that class.
He also won 2018 Bayford driver of the year.
2021 he won Bayfords senior rotax championship...and holds the maxxis sport lap record for that class.
My point he was once last place in junior academy 2 seconds off... never give up.
