Technical Fuel mix and where to get the fuel

Hi all , new rotax owner here. Wondering where you get your fuel and what ratio you mix (which oil). Thanks

Check with your engine builder first.
We use 20ml per litre (2%) which is what Rotax list in the manual, with 3% used for running in. We were told by a team to use Silkolene Pro KR2

Thats really useful, thank you for taking the time to reply. Do you just use regular unleaded fuel from any station ?

I do yes, I seem to remember though reading a whole lot of back and forth about the new E10, seals, goop and all sorts with some people suggesting running E5 (super) instead. I do not know the full facts/pub facts/heresay so just run standard E10 until told otherwise.

That’s amazing thanks I use the e10 in my pro kart but thought it may be different for rotax engines. But good to know !

I think the KR2 stuff is a castor mix? Good for engines with no power valve or when running in? The Non KR2 versions is used by many on the senior engines I believe.

Pre-Evo, Evo converted from a Pre-Evo or New Evo?

As above, check with the guy who built the engine last, but the above would assist in pointing you the right way....
