Technical Flooding x30 IAME

Hi everyone. Just want some advice. My sons kart would flood itself after a few seconds. X30 IAME. I bought the full carb rebuild kit with a new seat and pin and rebuilt the carb and it’s still flooding it’s self.
I was wondering if anyone had the same issue and what was the fix?

Have you checked the carb is holding pressure after rekitting it?
