General First kart

Hi I’m looking at buying my 14 year old boy his first kart . I’m not that clued up on them yet but would this be any good to start with? I’m starting with a budget any help and advice would be great thanks guys.

No that kart would be no good for a 14year old.

It’s a old WTP cadet which is aimed for 8-12year olds.

Also I suspect they wouldn’t fit in the kart

I think a lot of people would recommend heading down to the nearest kart track and see what kind of karts they race there, rotax engines are very common, not sure what junior rotax packages go for currently
