Hello all,

I’m based in rye house and would like to find a trustworthy person to do my engine rebuilds (rotax) for me. The engine doesn’t need to be sealed as it’s just for test days. If you know of anyone I would really appreciate the contact details.

Thanks in advance.

I believe GMS are good, based at Bayford Meadows. We're close to Rye and that's where I'm looking to take ours when needed.

GMS Motorsport... they are currently doing deals with free dyno time.
Not only are the engines quick there also reliable.
We have been using them since 2019 at the sharp end of club racing and also racing at national level... never at a disadvantage in HP.

Thank you Chris , will try contact them once the year has begun :)

Depends what you want, for front end racing look at Ssport Engines and Time Engines

Look at the British Championships and the other high profile championships, look at who's running at the front and what engine builder they've got, then completely forget about getting them built there. Those individuals will be getting the best motors, from the best batches and rebuilding them on a biblically high budget at eye watering intervals. Those engine builders will often be prioritising the drivers who can put the most moolah in their pocket and the ones who will give them the most on Social Media.

If you look at the privateers in major championships and the other championships, then George Robinson motors tend to do the business, hence why I had mine done by him. He was also on the Technical Committee for Rotax motors until recently, so he probably knows them inside out...
