Hi
I have this clutch on my sons honda cadet kart.
He is getting used to the kart but the clutch seems noisy when he puts the power down slowly rather than full power.
Is the clutch on setting 4?
Would another setting help him be more smoother out of the corners .

@d-i-y82 would be the man with the knowledge I reckon here Nick!
 
Here are the settings. Also worth checking you don't have too much play in the drum and you have the washer behind. You want a little play to prevent drag, but too much will throw your chain out of alignment. Some are pretty noisy though, especially if there is wear in the shaft where the spacer has carved a groove. You can add a larger spacer if required. Hope this helps
