General Cheapest ABKC Registered Club

I've dropped a bollock. I didn't take out membership for BKC at the end of last year and Alpha won't let me take out membership now. For JKC/BKC we need to be registered with an ABKC kart club. We race at Red Lodge but this isn't listed as a club, so which ABKC club is the cheapest one to register with so we have a membership?
