Want to buy Cadet ex factory or ex team ‘new’ 950 chassis and engine that will give maximum performance, future proof and easiest to maintain as well as overall reliability. What’s your advice?

I would say what you're asking is something to consider! However, where do you want to race? Check what local clubs etc are racing and how big the grids are. This may sway your choice on what setup to invest in.

No point going for a certain class and nowhere local races said class.

No to sway your choice at all, but something to look at as it was posted recently.

As Adam says, the best thing to do is to look closely at the classes being run closest to you. At least that way you won't have to travel too far to get a grid.

Personal preference would be to go Rotax, as it is generally run all over the UK. As for the other two - IAME grids tend to come and go and frankly how RPM have been given a license to print money by the governing body after the controversy last year is beyond me...

Hi We have a cadet package for sale, I bought it for my twins just before lockdown and they outgrew it meantime, it's listed in the classifieds under packages, it has everything you need to get started and was owned by an ex novice champion before us. It's at Zip Kart in Manchester if you want to have a look at it.
