Hey all

I've pulled my axle out to have a good clean and noticed all 3 of my bearings are missing a shield 1 side.
They were full of grit and notch.

I've cleaned them out so now they spin smoothly but noisy

Obviously bearings should have grease/lubricant in them, but as no Sheilds it's just going to spit it out and attract more grit.

What do you all do ?

Shall I just buy new 1s.
Or run them with wd40 ?

After each day spin thr axle and blow them out using petrol or brake cleaner and an airline. Then relube with ultra2020, x40 lube or similar. We used to take one shield off to clean the grease out and would not run shields in the summer.
Hope this helps
