Afternoon all

I need some help Please. I have acquired a used Rm1 and am in the process of bringing her back to life.
But the fuel hoses were perished beyond belief and most of them were missing.
Now this is where I need assistance. From the picture can anyone tell me which order the pipes go on and where they go to and from. Excuse the stupid question but none of my other karts have one of these. Your help is much appreciated

Welcome to the forum! I assume you mean Rotax RM1? Ohhh got any pics??

I would assume by looking at it of course one connection is IN, one is OUT and one is the connection to the crank case. If it's a mikuni pump then I would think it would be this upon some research:

However it don't look like a mikuni pump?

(Random link, not necessary the correct pump!)

You can however check the in and out. You should be able to blow in the direction of the fuel but not the other way. If you can, then the pump needs a rebuild kit or be replaced.

Hi Adam

Thanks for the reply I'm just waiting for some new fuel hose to arrive and I'll give it a go.
Pictures below. It needs a bit of tlc but I love a project

 I remember seeing these in a Karting Magazine many years ago, was shocked how different they looked! Lovely bit of kit. Goodluck with the rebuild and be sure to keep us updated with the progress
