You may not find any difference tbf, just need to try it out and see! Try and stick to the same garage and brand so you know what to expect!

I always used to use BP Premium 97 and each time the engine went it I got told keep doing what your doing. You'll hear a mixture of people swearing by 95/97/99 etc.
 
Never used 99 as it generally has additional cleaning agents in it which clean off carbon
 
I wondered this so asked a jagrotax engine builder. He said that its best to use the premium E5 (so BP Ultimate, shell v-power, texaco supreme) as the ethanol and therefore water content is less. And the higher the ethanol the more likely it is to affect fuel diaphragms.

Yes, it does eat the rubber bits but most tuners setup the engines to run on regular pump not e5..... having said that I bet there's not much difference in performance once you factor in the driver etc
